上海创发包装材料有限公司创建于2007年6月，位于中国经济枢纽之称的上海市，是专业多层共挤膜生产厂家,我们从事生产七层共挤膜、真空袋、十一层共挤膜、高阻隔共挤片材，并研发、生产、销售和服务的软包装生产型企业。公司总投资1.2亿元人民币，占地面积2万平方米、建筑面积1.3万平方米，其中一期投资5000万元，二期投资7000万元，公司一期工程引进加拿大最先进的七层共挤薄膜生产线3条，年产量5000吨。二期工程引进了世界先进的德国（WH）十一层共挤流延生产线，于2013年3月底投产，目前已达到年产量12000吨。
